If you require Web Hosting Support, please submit your enquiry by logging into your secure Hosting Control Panel , and click the ‘Support’ button. Please also check our Network Status Page if you are having hosting problems. For all other enquiries please use the links below.

Regular Hosting and Domain Name Support

Use for regular hosting ot domain name support. Regular support is provided during our regular business support hours, which are  Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm, excluding scheduled and public holidays. Submit a regular support ticket.

Priority Support

For for priority or urgent support during regular business hours above. Submit a priority ticket.

Emergency Support

For emergency support outside our business hours. Submit an emergency support ticket.

Online Support Guidelines: 

For any email you send to us, please be sure to include full details and instructions on how to replicate any issue, along with full access details. Without full details, it may delay any resolution.

Please note that we use a support ticketing system, where enquires are handled on a first come – first served basis. Therefore please only submit a single ticket / email. Repeated emails will result in your ticket going to the bottom of the ticket queue, which will delay a response.

Online Support Policy:

As with most hosting providers and online only businesses, all of our web hosting and domain registration support is 100% online based. This means that clients must either use the online support system in your control panel, or email us via this website. Clients can also talk to us via our ‘Live Chat Facility’ for sales and general enquiries. From our experience, email is a far more efficient method for communication, and resolving any technical issues. It also allows us time to discuss solutions to questions with other members, before we reply to you. It is also for security.  We do not offer support for our web hosting or domain registration services via our Live Chat system or Phone, however if your question is more general we may at our discretion reply to it via Live Chat.
